There are a number of issues with the vanilla border:
- Players can abuse short teleports (such as leaving beds or vehicles) and respawns to get past it.
- It does not stop players with spectator mode/hacked clients.
- It does not kill players who get past it if they have resistance 5, creative mode, or spectator mode.
How this plugin fixes those issues:
- If a player attempts to move past the border, they will be rubber banded back.
- If an attempt is made to teleport a player out of the border, the teleport will be canceled.
- If a player attempts to respawn out of the border, they will respawn at the nearest location inside the border.
This plugin is incompatible with:
- Plugins that mess with the vanilla world border.
- Changing size or center with /worldborder. (no effect, change in config)
