Custom plugin for handling chat announcements based on timer and permissions/roles
Written on Minecraft version 1.14.4

This plugin allows staff to create chat announcements using a designated file.
The announcements can have every kind of character, empty lines and colors.
Staff can choose to enable 'usePermissions' in the config. This will enable a feature
that sends the message only to people with a specific permission (see examples below).

This is what the out of the box config.yml looks like.
The 'interval' is the time between each announcement in seconds.
The 'usePermissions' is used to toggle between sending each announcement to everyone,
or sending it to people with permissions defined in the announcements.txt file. (see examples)

This is the out of the box announcements.txt file.
The staff can put announcements in this file.
Every announcement is seperated by having a single '~' sign on a single line. All lines inbetween two ~ signs count as 1 multiline announcement.
The announcements can be colorcoded using the section sign (§) and a corresponding color code.

usePermission example:
For this example you want to set 'usePermissions' in config.yml to true.
On the last line of each announcement (so just above the section sign (§)) you want to put the permission of who needs to get the announcement.

This way, everyone with the permission 'admin' will get the first announcement. Everyone with the permission 'moderator' will only get the second announcement. Any permission from any other plugin can be used for this.

Commands:
/bareload
This command is used to reload the config and the announcements.
This way staff can change the announcements that are being shown or change the interval between announcements without reloading the server.
