Inside the config file there is an option to "use-permissions", basically, it's the option to enable the ExtraRename.Use permission, if you want all players to be able to use /setname and /setlore and /addlore , you can! But by default "use-permissions" is enabled.
What are Settings?
Settings is basically an in-game config, change certain things like if cooldowns are enabled, or how long certain cooldowns last!
Cooldowns So far the cooldowns are only effecting
/setname and
/setlore and
/addlore , when I add more to this plugin cooldowns will effect much more. Cooldowns are enabled by default, if you want them disabled you can do so in the config or by using the new
Settings feature!

This is the Admin command, right now it can only edit the settings. There is a list of Setting Values that you can look at in-game, by doing
/rarerename settings list !
