Halloween "easter-egg" plugin, where some hostile mobs spawn with Pumpkins on their heads.

Halloween is coming so it is time to scare the hack out of your players! Easy to set up (drag n drop), easy to configure, no commands, no permissions!

Motivation

Currently I do run a private server for me and my fellow friends where we play semi-vanilla survival in 1.14.

Even though vanilla is fun, I want to add some additional fun to the game though seasonal events and the first is Halloween, se here is a small spooky plugin for every server owner who wants to spooke his/her players a little bit

• Spawning mobs can spawn with Carved Pumpkin on Jack'o Lantern on their heads
• Supported mobs
  • Zombie
  • Husk
  • Skeleton
  • Stray
  • Wither skeleton
• Supported item hats
  • Carved Pumpkin
  • Jack'o Lantern
• Configurable chance of spawning with hat
• Configurable drop chance
• Config option to ignore mobs spawned with helmets (replace helmet with pumpkin)

Note: Decision if it will be Carved Pumpkin or Jack'o Lantern is random for 50% each
