HmmmTalkPro - Customizable Chat Alerts

⬇ Download on SpigotWhen players chat, they can now send out a sound to alert other players that they have sent a message! There are 8 different sounds at the moment, and more to come! This plugin is very easy to use with a simple GUI, and only 1 command! There are also permissions available to control which players can use which sounds.

The config consists of two options. default-alert-value, and default-alert
The default-alert-value option can be set to "on" or "off" and is used to determine whether or not new players make chat alerts
The default-alert option can be set to any of the sounds listed in the permissions spoiler and will set a new player's default chat alert sound
