Installation:
- Download the latest version
- Put CactusBucket jar file in the plugins folder.

Commands and permissions:
- /cactusbucket reload - reloads the plugin. Permission: cactusbucket.commands.reload

- /cactusbucket help - displays help information. Permission: cactusbucket.commands.help
