Permissions:
jc.chat -> Default permission to use all commands and to see the chats.
jc.admin -> Permission for admins.
for group chats use jc.(group name) For example: jc.admin -> gives the permission to use and see the admin chat (Without the default jc.chat permission you can't use the group chats!)
Usage:
/jc <message> Writing to the default JellyChat chat.
/gjc <group> <message> -> Writing to the group chat.
/ajc <reload> -> Reload the config.
