Reptilian Mod (1.21.1) – Safely Brush Wild Reptiles to Craft Custom Gear

Reptilian Mod populates your Minecraft world with eight new scaly creatures. It fills swamps, jungles, and rivers with different types of crocodiles, turtles, and lizards. You can interact with these wild animals to gather special items for crafting helpful gear. The mod gives you new reasons to visit warm biomes and brings more life to the water.

Crocodilians:

Lizards and Tortoises:

• Geckos wander through forests and jungles, and you can tame them with beetles to carry them on your head.
• Chameleons shed their scales over time, which you can dye and use to change the color of placed wool or glass.
• Giant Tortoises roam badlands and mushroom fields, offering strong scutes you combine with netherite to craft a heavy shield.
• Komodo Dragons attack with a special Bile effect that poisons you if you take more damage.
• Players can defeat Komodo Dragons to collect bile balls for brewing new potions.

How to Use:

1. Craft a standard brush and find a large reptile like a crocodile or tortoise.
2. Use the brush on the animal to collect its scutes without hurting it.
3. Find beetles in the wild and feed them to a gecko to tame it as a pet.
4. Brew bile balls from Komodo Dragons at a brewing stand to make poison potions.
