Adds a "Reconnect" button under the "Back to Server List" button on the disconnected screen after getting kicked from a server or after failing to join a server. It's that simple. No fancy auto-reconnect or anything else, just the button. This mod is similar to the button available on Dawn (formerly Feather) Client.
