The 5 added bars rapidly drain, and you have to do what it takes to fill them up, or you'l straight up die.

Oxygen bar
Requires you to manually breathe by pressing R (default keybind), breathing too much will make you hyperventilate and die, breathing underwater will drown you
Agression bar
Requires you to hit any entity from time to time, failing to do so will make you explode
Crafting bar
Requires you to craft items from time to time, letting it drain will kill you
Poop bar
Requires you to poop, not doing so will build up the poop and make you die of constipation
Explosion bar
Requires you to eat redfruit from time to time, failing to do so will result in a gigantic explosion. You spawn with 32 redfruit when joining a world. The redfruit is the crafting result of 1 beetroot and 1 redstone dust
