There is not much to it, what it fixes:
- A player would have a block in their hand and spam on the ground, the block event would usually be cancelled and block not placed server-side but client-side the block can be seen for a instance and is gone but players can interact with that block that appears ever so slightly and use it to jump over walls and blocks. This just fixes that by stopping player movement for a temporary time when block placement has been cancelled.
