Commands can be used with /eternalbroadcast or /eb for short.
/eb - Shows the current version and a list of the available commands.
/eb reload - Reloads the plugin.
/eb toggle - Stops the plugin from sending broadcasts.
/eb broadcast - Forces the next broadcast to be sent.

eternalbroadcast.receive - Permission to receive the broadcasts!
eternalbroadcast.use - Permission for the /eb command.
eternalbroadcast.reload - Permisison for the /eb reload command.
eternalbroadcast.toggle - Permission for the /eb toggle command.
eternalbroadcast.broadcast - Permission for the /eb broadcast command.
