Based on Kyledag500's plugin ReviewMe. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/reviewme.9753/

Allows for players to request for their builds to be reviewed in a queue system, and for admins to easily teleport and review said builds.

For Spigot 1.15.2 - If you have an issue, do not leave a bad review and instead contact me. **THIS IS STILL IN DEVELOPMENT**

-----Commands-----
/review - Brings up the help page.
/review request - Requests for your build to be reviewed. Saves current location and world.
/review position - Gets your current position in the queue.
/review list - Lists the amount of players in the queue. (Amount and names for Admins)
/review teleport - (Admin only) Teleports you to the build first in the queue.

-----Permissions-----
buildreview.request - Gives the permission to submit a request.
buildreview.position - Gives the permission to check position in the queue.
buildreivew.list - Gives the permission to list amount of players in the queue.
buildreview.admin - Gives the permission to teleport to the first player in the queue.

-If a request is still pending when the server shuts down, the config will need to be deleted.
