FilterAI - Alpha 1.0
Success in filtering your minecraft chat.
We're utilizing a machine-learning model from TensorFlow to monitor your chat.
This technology is breaking barriers in the chat filtering category.
Using a Web Socket connection, chat messages are evaluated at a stupid fast speed.
The filtering model was trained on a diverse 2,000,000 labeled online comments.
We're currently experimental.
Please note, this plugin is currently in alpha stages of development.
A few of our features may cause some issues.
We ask for patience while we perfect our filtering methods.
Looking to use this in production? Contact us for setup.
Make our plugin fit in your server!
Filters
All our filter-related options can be found in your settings.yml file. For ease of use, we will bring you
through what each filter is looking for in the artificial intelligence model.
Identity Attack
An identity attack is classified as a message that is targeting one's orientation, race, gender, etc.
This filter is recommended for all users.
Insult
An insult is classified as a message which is disrespectful to another user.
This filter is recommended for users that want to retain a friendly community.
Obscene
An obscenity is classified as a message that exhibits immoral properties.
This filter is recommended for all users.
Toxicity / Severe Toxicity
A toxic message is classified as a message that is generally vulgar.
These filters are recommended for users that want to retain a friendly community.
Sexually Explicit
A sexually explicit message is classified as a message that relates to NSFW content.
This filter is recommended for all users.
Threat
A threat is classified as a message that puts others at risk.
This filter is recommended for users that want to retain a friendly community.
Punishments
All our punishment-related options can be found in your settings.yml file. Punishments are
automatically handed out to users based on their number of flagged messages. It's important to
note that flags are not saved upon a server restart, punishments are only meant to be assigned
upon rapid flagging.
User Exemptions
It's important to note, filtering is turned off for some users by default. All players who are OP or
have the filterai.exempt permission will skip filtering altogether.
Admin Notifications
When a player is flagged, muted, kicked, or banned, a message will be sent to both the console
and all online admins (players with OP or the filterai.notify permission) notifying them an action
took place.
Flag Messages
If a user is flagged, they will receive a message stating such. This message is configurable in the
en.yml file (or the respective locale file).
Mute (Enabled by Default)
If a player has a certain amount of messages flagged (3 flags by default), they will be automatically
muted by our system for a configured amount of time (10 minutes by default). Also, users can be
manually muted by administrators (players with OP or the filterai.mute permission) via. the /aimute
<player> and /aiunmute <player> commands.
Kick / Ban (Disabled by Default)
If desired, when a player has a certain amount of messages flagged, they can be automatically
kicked or banned by our system. The flag threshold and related settings are configurable in the
settings.yml file.
Commands and Permissions
All our punishment-related options can be found in your settings.yml file. Punishments are
automatically handed out to users based on their number of flagged messages. It's important to
note that flags are not saved upon a server restart, punishments are only meant to be assigned
upon rapid flagging.
Abstract Permissions:
filterai.notify
All players with this permission will receive notifications about assigned punishments or flags to a
player's message.
filterai.exempt
All players with this permission are exempt from chat filtering and mutes.
Commands:

automatic mutes early or if a player is causing trouble in your chat.

Experimental Features
We have a few features that are available to use right now, but please note they're very
experimental! If you don't know what you're doing, it's recommended you hold off on enabling
these until a future date.
Live Deletion of Messages
Due to the async properties of the Minecraft chat, canceling messages is currently very difficult -
especially when we have to make a request to our backend API and return data in a quick fashion.
Actively deleting messages is only recommended for administrators whose servers have a stable
connection to our Web Socket server or servers with custom configurations setup by us.
If you're interested, you can enable live deletion in the settings.yml file.
Also, if desired, all messages are configurable in the en.yml file.
Support

your local server, you can contact us via. Discord. Please be patient, we're currently a small team
