How it works:
Every 15 seconds the server will check every player's surroundings and movement patterns. If they are not moving and aren't south of a solid block the server will push them. If not, the server will teleport them .3 blocks south and push them. If they don't move the server will attempt to do the process one more time, if they still do not move then the player will be marked as having AntiKB enabled. It will do this for every player then notify the staff of the marked players as well as kicking them from the server. If no players are marked there will be no message or kicked players.
Commands and Permissions:
akbc.notify -- Notify this player of the marked players.
akbc.bypass -- Allow player to bypass the detection.
