It's a simple AutoRestart plugin for spigot servers.
Some people have problems with command "autorestart"
The server keep restarting over and over and over, but
this plugin have that problem fixed.
Servers that using my plugin:
Play.TerrorGames.Org
Commands:
/autorestart
(That command can be used when you want to
force the AutoRestart procces, if you execute
the command the AutoRestart process will start)
Permissions:
autorestart.use (configurable)
Guide
1.Go to your spigot server in plugins folder.
2.Put AutoRestartSpigot.jar in plugins folder.
3.Restart your server.

Config.yml:
