Effectively blocks the "AutoMount" feature of the "Future Hacked Client" popularized by a recent youtube video

Whenever a player opens the inventory of a chested animal, the animal is removed, and the console is notified, blocking the dupe entirely.

Players with the permission "dupe.notify" will also receive the notification.

Blocks dupes using:
- Donkeys
- Mules
- Llamas
