nStaffChat is an advanced BungeeCord staffchat plugin which also has an option to announce staff moving servers. All functions (except for staffchat) can be disabled.

/togglestaffchat - nstaffchat.use - Toggles staffchat. When staffchat is toggled, all chat messages will be sent to staffchat, instead of passed on to regular chat. Commands are ignored. Aliases: /togglesc, /sctoggle, /staffchattoggle.
/staffchat <message> - nstaffchat.use - Posts a message to the staffchat. Aliases: /sc.
/nsc reload - nstaffchat.reload - Reload the configuration files. Aliases: /nstaffchat reload.

To disable a function (e.g. staff server moving alerts), just set the message to an empty string ('').
