Inspired from a popular servers gamemode, add this plugin to your server. Any gamemode will be able to then use the special items. Basically! Golden axes when right clicked will bring up a spell selection menu. After picking a spell left clicking will use the chosen spell. Spells cant be used till they are added to your wand aka left clicking coloured dye will unlock the spell. (Makes sense if you watch the video/ played the gamemode).
There isn't really? Once added to the server everyone will be able to use it.
Make sure if gamemode e.g. is Skywars the needed items are find able in chests and stuff.

If you want the wands+ to work use the above plugins. Otherwise use the wands plugin. Don't use both!!!!!
