[Skript] [GUI] Hats! Customizable

This skript allows server owners to set custom hats in a gui menu!

35 slots only atm I will update it to include more!

Commands:
/sethat 0-35 (name) -- Example /sethat 5 thisisthehatname
/hats (Open the hats gui)
/hreset 0-35 (Reset a slot if you don't want it to show up)
/setrows 1-6 (default 1)
/give (playername) minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"notch"} (Spawn in a player skull)

Features:
Helmet storage - If play is wearing a helmet it will replace it with the player head if they want their helmet back just click on the hat in your inventory

Lore:
Lore : Look at line 27-29 to add lore


Permissions:
hat.set (Allows users to set what hat in what slot for admins or higher)
set.row(Set the amount of rows (max 6)
^This is for a future update that will allow heads/blocks in all spots
(atm 0-17 only)

Usage:
Heads:
Hold a player head in your hand and do command /sethat 0-17 (name)
for the first slot in the GUI.

Blocks:
Hold a block in your hand and do /setbhat 0-35 (name)
