Features:
Global mute
Mutes the chat and only players with permission node cleanchat.filter.bypass.globalmute can speak.
Clear
Clears the chat. Can clear global chat or your chat, depending on arguments.
Forbidden words blocker
Replaces any swearing in chat messages. You can setup swear words in the config.yml or you can just add/remove them in the game.
Anti-AD
Denies writing any ads(IPs, Web Addresses) into chat. Exceptions possible. Fully customizable in config.yml
Anti-Caps
Lowers any message in chat using a trigger value in config.yml
Anti-Spam
Blocks messages based on letter percentages, message similarity, and previous message time. Also blocks commands.
Join&Leave Messages

Mute
Allows you to mute/unmute players.
SplitChat
Allows splitting chat into multiple chats for world groups. For global message, type "!" to the front of your message. Needed "xchat.splitchat.global" permission.
