eChat - Control your chat! (SKRIPT)

What is eChat?

eChat is a great tool for admins/owners of servers that
want to control the chat of their server! This makes
everything easier and will contain many more
features in the near future! The messages have
been re-designed to make everything look much more
sleek and professional. Just install, and it will instantly
work!

Main commands:

/echat - Shows the help message
/echat commands - Shows a list of commands
/echat info - Shows plugin info
/echat reload - Reloads the plugin

Feature commands:

/echat toggle chat - Toggles the chat

/echat toggle filter - Toggle the swear filter

/echat toggle symbols - Toggles symbols use

/echat clearchat or /clearchat - Clears the chat

/echat toggle hackusate - Toggles anti-hackusate
Hackusating is when one player accuses another player of hacking

/echat toggle chatdelay - Toggles the chat delay

/chatdelay <Time> - Sets the chat delay

/staffchat <Message> - Talk in the staff chat

/announce <Message> - Announces a message in the chat and on screen

/symbols - Shows a list of symbols that can be used in chat

Permissions:

echat.main - Ability to use /echat help, /echat commands, and /echat info
echat.clearchat - Ability to use /echat clearchat & /clearchat
echat.togglechat - Ability to use /echat toggle chat
echat.togglefilter - Ability to use /echat toggle filter
echat.togglehackusate - Ability to use /echat toggle hackusate
echat.togglechatdelay - Ability to use /echat toggle chatdelay
echat.setdelay - Ability to set the chat delay (/chatdelay <Seconds>)
echat.togglechat - Ability to use /echat toggle chat
echat.bypasschat - Ability to chat even if the chat is disabled
echat.bypassfilter - Ability to bypass the swear filter
echat.delaybypass - Ability to bypass the chat delay
echat.symbols - Ability to use chat symbols
echat.staffchat - Ability to talk in staff chat
echat.announce - Ability to send an announcement

Installation:
Install Skript and restart/reload your server, then upload eChat.sk to the scripts folder in the "Skript" folder (Found in your plugins folder)
