🍋 Lemon Hunger Bar

Ever get tired of staring at the same drumstick icon every time you check your hunger? Lemon Hunger Bar swaps it out for a hand-pixeled lemon — and takes it a step further by actually reacting to how hungry you are.

This is a small, focused, vanilla-friendly resource pack. It only touches the HUD food icons — nothing else about your game changes.

🎨 What it looks like

The idea is simple: instead of a generic "hunger" number, your food bar tells a little visual story. A healthy lemon means you're good. A rotting one means it's time to go eat something before your saturation runs out.

Every icon was built pixel-by-pixel on an 11×11 grid, matching the native resolution of the vanilla hunger icons, so it stays crisp and in-style with the rest of the game's UI — no blurry upscaling, no mismatched art style.

❓ FAQ

Does this work with other resource packs?
Yes — since it only replaces the hunger bar textures, you can safely stack it on top of most other packs. Just make sure it's loaded above any pack that also touches the hunger bar, or theirs will override this one.

Will you add health hearts / armor icons too?
Not currently planned, but if there's interest I might expand the pack later.

Can I use this in my own pack/modpack?
Feel free to include it in modpacks. If you want to remix or reuse the textures themselves, please ask first.

Currently Incompatible with the mod Appleskin. This will be fixed in future updates.
