How do I install CommandFo - Simple Command Messages!?

So this is a simple one I threw together in 2 hours that I feel like sharing for fun. :3 It is simply a way to have universal, "info" commands. Type a command, and get a menu. Universal meaning, they will be on all your servers. What's it good for? Things such as, /staff, /vote, /website, /donate, etc. Simple yet effective. Well, at least I think it is simple...

Permissions:

- cmd.reload (Allows the use of /cmdfreload to cache new commands.)

Commands:

- /cmdfreload - Caches commands listed in config.txt

- /<your commands here> - Put your specified commands in the config, and then type it in game! Also override native commands such as /server if you do not want people to use it!

Config:

The config is simple. Like all my plugins, just list what commands you want. I.E.

After doing so, use the command /cmdfreload. A file will generate for each of those commands. Inside command.txt file, type what you want to be output when that command has been executed. For example, when a user types /cow. In the cow.txt file, I would put:

&6Don't be hating on cows.....
&aBro.
&cSeriously.

A enter interprets as another send to the player. &(hex) codes work too.
