AutoMessageSender LEGACY
A simple plugin to broadcast messages. Messages can be customized and added in the config.yml file with a configurable delay between each message. Non-legacy version(1.13 and onwards): https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/automessagesender.80898/

Commands:
Both /ams and /automessagesender work.
/ams start >> Starts the plugin
/ams stop >> Stops the plugin
/ams reload >> Reloads the plugin
/ams list >> Shows a list of the messages
/ams broadcast <message> (Example: /amsb &6Example.) >> Broadcasts the message entered.
