Koko_Hat Plugin
Use this plugin, player can use command /hat to put a item on player's hat.
If have nothing on hand or have more than one item in your hand
it will send a error msg to that player
If you see "hat is now on!", it means the item has been put on!
Permission
If player want to put a item on, player need permission
