Commands:
/hat: ajoute un chapeau au joueur /add a hat to the player
/hatreload: reload la config du plugin / reload plugin config
Permissions:
hat.use: autorise à utiliser la commande /hat / allow to use the /hat command
hat.reload: autorise à utiliser la commande /hatreload / allow to use /hatreload command
