Darkflux ChatManager is a lightweight and easy to use chat management system. It comes with built-in chat cooldown, clearchat and mutechat system.
Most of the programming has been optimized and made to be less laggy for your server, and it has an easy to read help directory!

/mutechat - Allows you to mute your chat, and prevent certain players from speaking!
/clearchat - Clears your chat, and removes any unwanted messages!
/slowmode <seconds> - Sets the chat delay/cooldown. (Default: 1)
