LottoMC - Lottery System

This is my first Minecraft plugin and it's nothing special, but I made it so I thought I might as well upload it. The plugin runs a lottery system on the server where players can bet and hopefully win the grand prize. It has the feature to either run the lottery system automatically or you can manually start and stop it.
COMMANDS & PERMISSIONS
/lottostart - starts the lottery (requires lottomc.admin.start)
/lottostop - stop the lottery (requires lottomc.admin.stop)
/lottotimer <on/off> - set the status of the auto lotto system (requires lottomc.admin.timer)
/lottohelp - displays the help menu
/lottobet <amount> - places a bet for the player, if amount is left empty then the default bet is made
/lottopot - gets the amount in the prize pool.
/lottoentries - sends the player the amount they have bet.
/lottoinfo - sends the player information about the lottery.
