Have you got a modern reallife server? This is the plugin for you! With this plugin, you can easily make your own company, hire other players, promote/demote and you can also make contracts with other companies!
Why this plugin?
With this plugin, you can set up your own company, you can hire/kick players. You can promote/demote your employees and you can make the contracts with other companies. Players can also rate any company (they can sent a review, where they put a point 0-10 and text), so owners of the companies can see others reputation and then decide, if they want to make a contract or not.
How to set up new company?
Player will just type /cm create <companyName> <defaultCapital>. Default capital is amount of money, that is stored to your company and you can't get it back. It is good for checking the credibility of the company, because more stored money = more credibility (if it is scam company, the owner won't save much money)
How to join a company?
Player has to type /cm join <company> <text>, in the text folder, player has to type his "motivation text". The owner will se his text and he will type /cm reject/accept <company> <player>
How does salaries work?
Server admin will configure the period of payout. Eg. one day. So every day, plugin will automatically payout all exmployees. The salary amount will be withdrawed from the company's account. If there isn't enough balance, it will remove the company.
How to create a contract?
If company wants to provide something (eg. to build new headquaters), owner or deputy has to type /cm contract <name of contract> <provider company name> <client company name> <cost> <text of contract>. Than the provider is waiting for client's response. If client agree on contract's requirements, owner or deputy of this company has to type /cm contractAcc <name>, if he doeasn't agree, he has to type /cm contractRej <name>. You can see all commands in list below. You can also manage all contracts using menu.
It's so hard, is there any other way to configure the company?
Yes, you can use /cm menu and there you will see all companies where you are working.
I saw some other plugins like this, what are the differences?
With this plugin, you can use nice inventory menu, where you can easily edit everything you want. Note, that the plugin is still in beta version and all main functions are missing (like stocks, contracts..). Now it can be used as universal companies plugin without any limits. Players can set up shop as well as building corporation. You are not limited by any range of undertaking
