The basic concept is to write a simple and simple plugin for everyone, whether for a private server or for a larger server.
Admittedly for larger servers larger plugins are certainly a better choice, but I try to offer here a MSG plugin which was written in German from the beginning.
All messages are written in German.
No special permissons need to be granted for the plugin.
Any player can use /msg to send a message to another player.
