This plugin dose exactly what its called, when you do /fw every 15 seconds you can launch a firework. If your op you can do /fw with no delay.
Fireworks don't go to power 3 ever. Only power 2 keeping them within a closer view. Also this plugin has NO extra add-on's so its extremely lightweight.
