This datapack remedies the global problem of leaf litter existing in our minecraft worlds by removing it from worldgen altogether! (mwahaha) (you can still smelt leaves into them though)

Fair warning: this datapack seems to completely shuffle tree placement for some reason. I'm not sure why it does that, but unless you're in a very specific circumstance this shouldn't affect you all that much
