Simple No Destructo Creeper
Java mod listed for Minecraft 1.16. Downloads from the MC Java Mods app on Android.
⬇ Download on SpigotTeeny tiny plugin that prevents creepers from destroying blocks when they explode.
Creepers are now safe and no longer destroy blocks! They will still explode and cause normal damage to players and surrounding creatures.
TNT remains intact and still destroys surrounding blocks as expected.
Side effects:
Tested on Minecraft/Spigot 1.16.5. May work on earlier versions, but no guarantees. Please comment if you test it on earlier version and it works!
