start: This starts the game if there is at least 1 runner.
stop: This stops the game and reset the timer.
pause: This pauses the timer.
/timer <get | stop | pause | resume>
stop: This stops the game and reset the timer.
pause: This pauses the timer.
get: Gives the elapsed time since the begining of the game.
stop: Stops the timer.
pause: Pauses the timer.
resume: Resumes the timer.
stop: Stops the timer.
pause: Pauses the timer.
