Blood Bits Mod (1.21.8, 1.20.1) – Feel the Impact of Every Strike in Combat

Blood Bits Mod adds visual particle effects to your fights. When you hit a mob, you see blood drops fly into the air. Hitting an enemy with a stronger attack makes more particles appear. It also puts splatters on your screen when you take damage or get low on health. If you hit enemies wearing armor, you see sparks fly off them instead.

Features:

• Damage Reactions: Creates more blood particles when you deal higher damage to an enemy.
• Makes sparks fly and plays a special sound when you hit a mob wearing armor.
• Changes the color of the particles depending on what kind of mob you hit.
• Puts splatter marks on your screen when you take hits from enemies.
• Adds a special screen effect when your health drops low.
• Lets you turn off screen effects if they block your view or clash with other visual mods.

Mob Particle Colors:

• Normal mobs drop standard red blood particles.
• Nether mobs drop fiery colored particles.
• End mobs drop purple particles.

Configuration:

• Particle control: Change how many particles spawn and the damage needed to make them appear.
• Sound effects: Turn the custom combat sounds on or off.
• Death particles: Control what visual effects happen when a mob dies.
• Screen effects: Turn off the blood splatters on your screen.
• Low health effects: Change or disable the low health warning visuals.
• Entity blacklist: Pick specific mobs that will never drop any particles.

How to Use:

1. Attack any normal mob with your weapon to see the standard red particles.
2. Hit a mob wearing armor to see the spark effects and hear the metal sound.
3. Take damage from an enemy to see the screen splatter effect.
4. Open the mod configuration menu to turn off screen effects if you do not like them.
