This is my first Tool Plugin which displays an Item into a Case, both are customizable.
It has 2 ways to display the item.
Commands:
/ic create <BLOCK ID>:<BLOCK SUBID> <CRYSTAL ID>:<CRYSTAL SUBID> <ITEM ID>:<ITEM SUBID> <STATE (1/2)>
[BLOCK ID]
Ex: wool
Ex: 35
[BLOCK SUBID]
Orange Wool has sub ID 1
Ex: 3
[CRYSTAL ID]
Ex: stained_glass
Ex: 95
[CRYSTAL SUBID]
Orange Stained Glass has sub ID 1
Ex: 1
[ITEM ID]
Ex: cooked_fished
Ex: 350
[ITEM SUBID]
Cooked Salmon has sub ID 1
Ex: 1
[STATES]
1: 0 - 180 degrees
2: 90 - 270 degrees
Creates an ItemCase
/ic remove/delete <RADIUS>
Removes Entities generated by ItemCases
Ex:
/ic create diamond_block:0 stained_glass:0 diamond:0 1
/ic create diamond_block:0 stained_glass:0 diamond:0 2
/ic create 57:0 95:0 264:0 1
/ic create 57:0 95:0 264:0 2
Creates an ItemCase with a diamond block as base and stained glass as showcase, displaying a diamond inside.
Note: Sub ID's are needed even if its 0
/ic remove 10
Removes ItemCase within 10 blocks radius
Permissions:
itemcase.remove - /ic remove
itemcase.create - /ic create
By Default - /ic
Implemented v1.2:
Now compatible with 1.8 - 1.11.2 versions.
ItemCase Protection (Right Click disabled).
*You cannot redistribute this plugin.
*You can only modify the code for your own server.

Cool, Just by spectulation, I say it uses 2 armor stands centered at the block the first one hold the item, 2nd armor stand is the case the "Case" uses The head while the "Item" also uses the head? I moghr be close, But seems decent, But a faster way to make the case with command can probably be
/ic create <id>:<subid> <id>:<subid> <id>:<subid> So example
/Ic c 1:6 160:15 17:3
Stone block, Glasspane (Black) and Log for item idk it was a fast one xD
