Steam Baths
Steam baths is a simple mechanic plugin that allows you to make use of those cool "hot tubs" you make in your base!
The plugin works by allowing players who are sitting in water that is being heated by lava beneath it (separated by glass) to slowly regen health. This adds a small level of functionality to those previously-useless hot tubs that you built in your cool survival base, allowing you to recoup health after a fight, or to regenerate health while low on food.
Example images are provided below:
An example steam bath, complete with a decorative stone brick surrounding.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A cutaway of a steam bath to demonstrate how one is built (the middle layer is glass, of any kind (stained glass, panes, any color and any variety).
Config Info:
The default config has three options:
regenRate: 1
allowFire: false
allowCampfire: false
Regen rate is the amount of health that the steam bath heals each time it updates. It is, by default, set to be half a heart (1), but you can increase it for faster healing.
The allowFire and allowCampfire options allow you to optionally enable making steam baths with fire below the glass, or campfires below the glass for users on 1.14+, instead of just lava.
There is a non-default option included in the plugin, the use of different divider blocks instead of the default glass. If you want to change the acceptable blocks for the divider between water and lava, add a list called "dividerBlocks" to your config. This will make only the blocks in that list be accepted for steam baths. Here's an example:
