Description:
This is a really simple plugin made for Minecraft servers with any
gamemode! The plugin itself has 1 main feature, and that is to balance
off all player balances registered to the server. There are many more
features coming for this project.

+ The first variable, " [TAX] " is the title
+ The second variable, " -20% " is how much it actually took
+ The third variable, " #3.0 " is how many times it has taken taxes before on the server.
