Lets you synchronize your world's time and weather to your country/city or wherever else.
It works by having 4 different daytimes; morning, midday, evening, night
The daylight cycle is frozen while its in one of these states
once its out of sync the daylight cycle enables and the sun/moon moves until its synced again.
