This is a simple mod that adds two tools, the Claim Wand allowing players to claim land via Flan claims, and the Inspect Tool allowing players to inspect land via Flan.
For players to obtain the tools, they must simple type these commands into chat,
/claimwand (for the claim wand) 
/inspecttool (for the inspect tool)

Requires changing Flan's config
open (minecraft folder)/config/flan/flan_config.json
change "claimingItem": "minecraft:golden_hoe" -> "claimingItem": "flantools:claim_wand"
change "inspectionItem": "minecraft:stick" -> "inspectionItem": "flantools:inspect_tool"
Flan only required on Server, clients only require Flan Tools.
This mod is primarly for modded servers that want dedicated tools for flan rather than using the default stick and golden hoe.
