Tempo Enchantment
Adds Tempo, a very rare weapon enchantment that builds attack speed with consecutive melee hits and resets after a few seconds without a hit.

Tempo is a very rare weapon enchantment for NeoForge 1.21.1 that rewards aggressive melee combat.
Each landed melee hit with a Tempo-enchanted weapon increases the wielder's attack speed. The bonus keeps building through consecutive hits, up to the configured maximum, and is removed if the player does not land another melee hit before the reset timer expires.
Tempo Levels
- Tempo I: +1% attack speed per landed melee hit
- Tempo II: +2% attack speed per landed melee hit
- Tempo III: +3% attack speed per landed melee hit
- Tempo IV: +4% attack speed per landed melee hit

20% - Reset time: default
5 seconds
