If this plugin is installed, when the player approaches any Citizens NPC, it will knockback from it. Knockback can be configured, and you can put a message that will be sent to the player. You can also change the distance to the NPC at which the player will push away from it.

The config looks like this:

1. minDistance - the distance to the NPC at which the player will be pushed away from it
2. knockback - knockback strength
3. sendMessage - whether or not a message will be sent to the player (true/false)
4. message - message itself
Commands:
The only command is:
/anticitizens reload
Permission for it is:
anticitizens.reload
It reloads the config without restarting the server.
