This plugin allows you to spawn mobs closer to players, giving an illusion that the rates are increased without having to add more mobs. This is especially useful in 1.18 since mobs are spawning less on the surface -- that problem is solved with this plugin.
The default config is just an example, be sure to tweak it to your liking. But be careful not to make rules that cancel too many mob spawns, as that may lead to lag.
