Adds a new craftable item into the game, the "Lifeline". If this item is in a player's inventory when they die to falling in the void, the "Lifeline" will be removed from their inventory, but their items and experience will remain.
Optional dependency with DeluxeCombat. Lifeline will fail if the player in question is combat tagged.

Commands
/giveline - gives yourself one Lifeline
/giveline <amount> - gives yourself the specified amount of Lifelines
/giveline <target> <amount> - gives the target player specified amount of Lifelines
Permissions
sev.give - Gives the permission to use the /giveline commands
