Admin Chat allows admins or staff to have private conversations about users or any other server issues without disrupting the public.
This plugin will allow anyone with the correct permission node to communicate in game.

Permissions
- adminchat.send - Able to send messages in AdminChat
- adminchat.receive - Able to receive messages from AdminChat
- adminchat.toggle - Able to toggle the messages received
