The Features:

How it works:
The plugin will catch events before the player is able to see the item this way you can create true custom item with texture from 1.9 all the way up to the latest version 1.18.2
The Limitation:
since in 1.9 to 1.13 minecraft only offers durability base texture pack you need to use only items with a durability bar such as [swords, tools, rod, carrot on a stick]. You can also use negative durability, doing so will allow for almost unlimited textures.
