What is SimpleCommandNPC:
SimpleCommandNPC is a simple to use, light weight, configurable command npc plugin. This is perfect for hubs or anyone that ones npcs to trigger commands!

What are the permissions:
upon running the plugin it will create a Permissions.txt file with a list of all the permissions.

Why did you create this plugin:
I created this plugin because I was getting requests from my skype friends to make a plugin like this that utilizes the Citizens api (Will later make it available for other npc plugins like NPCLib).

Commands:
/commandnpc list -- get a list of all npcs currently created
/commandnpc info <id> -- get information about the selected npc
/commandnpc create <NPC Name (multiple lines can be used with the : symbol)> <SkinName (must be valid mc name)> <command (put 'null' to have no command)> -- create a SimpleCommandNPC
/commandnpc remove <id> -- Removes/deletes the selected npc
/commandnpc help -- shows the commands and usage.

NOTE:
- The citizens plugin must enable before this plugin. other wise the npcs will not create.
- When creating an NPC the name must NOT contain spaces... If you want spaces just replace them with ( _ )'s, Color codes are allowed, For multiple lines DO NOT separate with a space just simply add a ( : ) and continue typing from there.
- To reload the config file just reload/restart (of if you are using PlugMan then /plugman reload SimpleCommandNPC) the server.
