Hello! This is a simple solution for any type of servers in need of a tracking device! Basically, I'll hop right into this description. This plugin, tracks players. This was a good plugin, but it required a lot of stuff that I could've implemented myself. So basically, I implemented my own API inside the plugin which you can find HERE. But anyways, it uses a action bar to track player by a compass.
Installation! -
Download the .jar
Leave a 5 star rating ;-)
Put it in your plugins folder
Restart, and voila!
Usage! -
Right click a compass (That simple!)
Commands -
/bettercompass
Sidenote! -
I don't really have any future plans for this plugin, or ideas, so drop comments about ideas and I will try to make them!

Console spam when no one is online, this is because the plugin is dependent on having people online.
