Plugin description
This extremely lightweight plugin shows the world your archery skills with a cool rainbow glow flashing effect on your arrows! Can be used as a cosmetic perk for donators or even simply as a unique feature to make your server stand out. Works with Bukkit and Paper Minecraft servers.

Commands
/rgbreload - Reloads the plugin
Permissions
rgb.use - Allows player to shoot rainbow arrows, given by default unless disabled in settings.yml
rgb.admin - Allows player to use all commands
Configuration
The config is split into settings.yml and messages.yml
